Me and my 3 children had a great experience yesterday at the pharmacy! So i rang in the afternoon to ask about travel vaccine, and was so surprised and glad when told we could get them done a few hours later. We arrived and was greeted by Mr singh, who escorted us to a very clean modern designed back room. Came in with really bad tooth pain having to wait for a dental appointment tomorrow so needed something for the rest of the day, the man who served me was very knowledgeable, gave me the right medication and assured me it would do the job after no other painkillers worked for me, they did the job in 10-15 minutes after taking them. Went for covid booster as other places let me down due to booking system issues/incorrect information.  Staff were all seemed very positive and helpful and process for walk in appointment was very quick, only waited about 10-15 minutes. Really nice vibe. We are travelling to Kenya soon for safari and as we have just turned 60 needed professional advice on the Yellow Fever Vaccine. Originally we went to Boots Travel Services for advice but were totally unimpressed. We did more research and found this travel vaccination service. From beginning to end Harvinder was excellent, professional and took his time to explain everything fully and answer any concerns that we had. Lovely staff at glasshouse! I had a rabies vaccination in preparation for my move to costa rica next month. The vaccines were done easily whilst also providing training for another member of staff.
